How do I contact Telum Media support?

Click the green chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen. This opens on your screen, where you can message our support team directly.

Will I be speaking to a real person or a bot?

You’ll always be connected to a real Telum Media support specialist if available and we have local support for work hours. We don’t use AI bots for customer support, we pride ourselves on our high level of customer support.

What are your support hours?

We provide support across the business day in all our key regions: 9 am–12 pm Sydney, 7 am–10 pm Singapore/Hong Kong, and up to 10 pm Dubai.

Outside of business hours, you can leave a message, and we will get right back to you.

How quickly can I expect a response?

Most questions are answered within minutes. If your query is more complex, we’ll acknowledge it straight away and keep you updated until it’s resolved.

Can you help me with onbaording or platform walkthroughs?

Yes. Our team can provide onboarding or share resources to help you make the most of Telum Media, whether you’re new or need a refresher.

What if I can’t find the green bubble?

Make sure you’re logged into the Telum Media platform, you need to accept our functional cookies. The green bubble will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. If it doesn’t, try refreshing your browser or clearing cache.

Can I request new features or suggest improvements?

Definitely. Our support team works closely with our product team. Any feedback you share is logged and reviewed to shape Telum Media's roadmap.

Is there a way to access FAQs or help articles without contacting support?

Yes. The green chat bubble also gives you access to our self-service help centre, where you can search FAQs and guides at any time.
