Is the Telum Media database GDPR-compliant and how is journalist data sourced?

Absolutely. Data privacy and compliance are top priorities for Telum Media. We gather journalist information from publicly available sources, media submissions, and direct engagement with the journalists themselves. All data is managed in line with global privacy regulations, including GDPR.

How do I report a contact that needs updating or a contact not listed in your Media Database?

Just click the green chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen and let us know. We’ll look into it and update or add the contact as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I forget my password or have trouble logging in?

Simply click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset your password instantly. If you continue to have issues, our support team is available to help, just email us or contact your Telum Media account manager.
